  • Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, maintenance issues, or other emergencies. In such cases, customers will be notified as soon as possible and provided with alternatives or refunds. We will do our best to offer comparable accommodation or services, but if this is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

4. Payment Terms

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • More than 48 Hours Before Check-In: If you cancel your reservation more than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. Please contact us via phone or email to process your cancellation.
  • Within 48 Hours of Check-In: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to you. To cancel, please contact our reservations team with your booking reference number.
  • No-Shows or Early Departures: No refund will be provided for no-shows or early departures. If you fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification, your booking will be treated as a no-show, and the entire booking amount will be forfeited.

6. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: Check-in time is 2:00 PM. Early check-in requests will be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional charges. If you plan to arrive earlier than the standard check-in time, please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
  • Check-Out Time: Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests will also be subject to availability and may incur additional charges. If you require a late check-out, please contact the front desk on the day of departure to inquire about availability and any associated fees.
  • Identification: Valid identification must be presented at the time of check-in. Acceptable forms of ID include a passport, driver's license, or government-issued ID card. The name on the identification must match the name on the reservation. For international guests, a passport is required.

7. Use of Facilities

  • Water Park and Swimming Pool: Guests must adhere to all posted rules and instructions provided by staff. Swimwear is mandatory in the pool area. Food and drinks are not allowed in the water. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Running, diving, and other unsafe behaviors are prohibited in the pool area.
  • Behavior: Management reserves the right to deny access or remove any guest who fails to comply with rules or engages in disruptive behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive noise, harassment of other guests or staff, and violation of safety rules. Guests who are removed from the premises for behavioral reasons will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest's account. If you notice any damage upon check-in, please report it to the front desk immediately to avoid being held responsible.

8. Liability

  • Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. SHAGUN INDIA INFRATECH LIMITED is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property. We recommend using the in-room safe for valuables and securing your belongings at all times.
  • Injury or Damage: SHAGUN INDIA INFRATECH LIMITED is not responsible for any injury or damage sustained by guests during their stay or use of facilities. This includes injuries sustained in the water park, swimming pool, or other areas of the resort. Guests are advised to exercise caution and follow all safety guidelines.
